Who should make a referral?

Support coordinators, plan managers, SIL providers, families, carers, or participants themselves can make a referral. Anyone who believes a participant could benefit from our services is welcome to contact us.

What if the participant doesn't have an approved NDIS plan yet?

Accepted Answer

We can still discuss your needs and provide information. Once an NDIS plan is approved with relevant funding, we can begin services. We're happy to help you understand what funding categories may be needed.

Question 3

How quickly will I hear back?

Accepted Answer

We aim to respond to all referrals within 24 hours during business days. Initial RN assessments are typically scheduled within 48 hours of confirmed referral.

Question 4

What if the participant is outside your service areas?

Accepted Answer

We currently focus on South-East Melbourne, East Melbourne, and the Mornington Peninsula. For participants outside these areas, we may still be able to help or can suggest alternative providers.
