RN Clinical Oversight

At Prime Care Access, all complex supports are guided by a Registered Nurse. We keep things simple, safe, and clear.

Assessments & Instructions

Our RNs conduct initial assessments and create clear, easy-to-follow instructions for support workers. This ensures everyone knows exactly what to do to keep participants safe.

Ongoing Oversight

How are you different from other NDIS providers?

Do you only serve Melbourne?

Currently, yes. We focus on South-East Melbourne, East Melbourne, and the Mornington Peninsula. This lets us provide consistent, high-quality RN support without compromising on response times or continuity.

Can I use Prime Care Access for only one service?

Yes. You can use us for just dysphagia support, just bowel care, or just nursing. We also offer combined care for those who need it, but there's no requirement to use multiple services.
